Town of Morrison:

The Town of Morrison completed a revaluation in 2002.  A "market adjustment" was preformed for 2008. Market adjustments are using the existing data that the assessor has on each parcel in the Town and determining what the current market value is.

 

The equalized ratio as determined by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for 2009 is 99.99%
